Out in STEM works to support young queer folx navigating the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. By providing mentorship, engaging directly with local schools, and forming relationships with queer faculty and students of Oregon State University, we strive to increase the visibility of LGBTQ+ individuals across STEM disciplines and create an affirming community that provides aid, empathy, and opportunity.
